How to Start a Return

- Return Address: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
- Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
We take pride in delivering your order in perfect condition. If there’s an issue, here’s what to do:
- Inspect Your Order: Check your items as soon as they arrive.
- Report Problems: Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- Claims Window: Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Keep Packaging: Retain the original box and packaging for damaged items, as we may need them to file a report with the carrier.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Used merchandise (e.g., lingerie, clothing, latex accessories, or costumes).
- Items with damaged packaging.
- Testers or display models.
- Products missing components, accessories, or pieces included in the original package.
- Items not in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
- Products with expiration dates (e.g., personal lubricants, contraceptives, edibles).
- Sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.
- Processing Time: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
