  2. Return Address: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  • Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We take pride in delivering your order in perfect condition. If there’s an issue, here’s what to do:

    • Inspect Your Order: Check your items as soon as they arrive.
    • Report Problems: Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
    • Claims Window: Claims must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
    • Keep Packaging: Retain the original box and packaging for damaged items, as we may need them to file a report with the carrier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
