Damages & Mis-Shipments

Attempted Delivery & Unclaimed Packages
If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the carrier will usually hold the package at a nearby pickup location. A notice card will be left with instructions indicating where and when the item can be collected.
If the package is not picked up within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to us. In this case, a new shipping fee of $14.95 CAD will be required to resend the order.
