Description
Description
Size Matters Deluxe Penile Aide System with Extension Rods in Canada
The Size Matters Deluxe Penile Aide System is a compact traction-style penis extender system supplied as a multi-component novelty set with an SMP Enlarger, comfort straps, cushions, head piece, and extension rods. Spring-loaded steel rods create adjustable mechanical tension, with the standard configuration providing a stated top length of 5 inches and the included extender rods allowing the top length to reach up to 7.5 inches. Lightweight and compact, the system is designed to sit close to the body when properly fitted. Available in Canada from Discreet Life, this product is sold specifically as an adult novelty device and should not be represented as a medical treatment or guaranteed permanent enlargement method.

Complete Deluxe Penile Aide Set
The Deluxe listing provides a clearly documented package rather than only naming the base device. The supplied contents include one SMP Enlarger, two comfort straps, two comfort cushions, one comfort-strap head piece, and two extender rods.
Spring-Loaded Rod Design
The Penile Aide uses spring-loaded steel rods to create traction along the device. This distinguishes it from vacuum penis pumps, wearable penis sleeves, and weight-based products by using a mechanical rod-and-strap configuration.
Standard 5-Inch Top Length
The supplier states that the standard rods provide a maximum top length of approximately 5 inches. This measurement describes the adjustment range of the device rather than a promised change to the wearer's anatomy.
Extension Rods Increase Device Length to 7.5 Inches
The Deluxe package already includes two extender rods. When installed as directed, the supplier states that they increase the device's top-length configuration from 5 inches to as much as 7.5 inches.
Comfort Straps & Cushions Included
Two comfort straps, two comfort cushions, and a comfort-strap head piece are included as part of the Deluxe package. These components are intended to provide contact and support between the traction structure and the body.
Compact, Lightweight Construction
The supplier describes the device as weighing only a few ounces and being compact enough to fit in the palm of a hand. Exact weight and complete assembled dimensions are not supplied, so this page does not state numerical values beyond the documented rod-length adjustment.
Important Novelty Product Classification
The manufacturer's supplied disclaimer specifically identifies the Penile Aide as a novelty adult toy only and states that it is not intended to have a therapeutic effect, treat a disease, or alter the structure or function of the human body. For that reason, Discreet Life does not present permanent enlargement claims as established product results.

Deluxe vs Standard Size Matters Penile Aide
The Deluxe and standard Penile Aide listings use the same supplier description of the spring-loaded traction concept and 5-inch standard rod length. The important documented difference is that the Deluxe listing provides a complete contents list and explicitly includes two extender rods. The standard Penile Aide listing does not provide an equivalent package-contents list in the information supplied.
| Size Matters Product | Type | Standard Top Length | Extension Capability | Documented Package Difference |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Penile Aide | Traction-style novelty system | Up to 5 in | Supplier states extension rods can reach 7.5 in | Exact included components not supplied |

Pairs Well With
Because the Deluxe system already includes extender rods, you do not need to purchase the separate Size Matters Extension Rod set simply to reach the documented 7.5-inch device configuration. For separate forms of adult exploration, penis extenders and sleeves offer wearable alternatives, while penis pumps use temporary vacuum pressure rather than mechanical traction.

- Assemble the standard rod configuration before adding any optional length.
- Position the supplied comfort straps and cushions exactly as directed.
- Begin with the least demanding comfortable adjustment rather than maximum extension.
- Use the included extender rods only after confirming how they are intended to attach to the SMP Enlarger.
- Stop immediately if the device causes pain, numbness, pinching, significant discoloration, or other concerning symptoms.
- Remove the system completely before making major adjustments to the rods or straps.
Responsible Use
Mechanical traction places tension on sensitive tissue, so more tension or longer wear should not be assumed to provide better results. Follow the manufacturer's specific wear-time and adjustment instructions supplied with the product. Do not use the device while asleep unless current manufacturer instructions explicitly authorize that use and provide appropriate safety guidance. If you have circulation, bleeding, neurological, genital, or other relevant medical concerns, seek professional medical advice before using a traction device.
No Permanent Enlargement Claim
Although older supplier marketing describes tissue growth and enlargement, the same supplied material explicitly states that this product is a novelty adult toy with no therapeutic purpose and is not intended to alter the structure or function of the body. This page therefore does not promise permanent gains in penis length or girth.
